Our professional custom die casting service provides aluminum die casting moulds engineered for the production of automotive parts and general metal components. The moulds are fabricated from hot-work tool steel grades selected for their ability to withstand cyclic thermal and mechanical loading. Cavity and core geometries are machined from customer part data, with gating systems configured to support controlled metal flow and complete cavity fill.

Customised Cavity and Core Layout
Mould geometries are machined directly from customer 3D models, with slide cores, lifters, and angle pins incorporated for undercuts, side openings, and functional mounting features.
Alloy-Adapted Gating Design
Runner and gate configurations are selected based on the casting alloy and part complexity, with gate locations chosen to promote balanced fill and reduce flow-related defects.
Targeted Cooling Circuit Placement
Cooling channels are arranged adjacent to thick sections and critical areas, using baffles or bubblers as needed to achieve controlled solidification and minimise distortion.
Ejection System Precision
Ejector pin type, diameter, and placement are determined by part geometry, with pins positioned to avoid cosmetic surfaces, sealing edges, and load-bearing faces.
Modular Construction
The mould base incorporates replaceable wear plates, guide bushings, and core pins, simplifying maintenance and extending the service interval between major overhauls.
