This factory-customized aluminum die casting mold is manufactured under OEM agreements for customers requiring dedicated tooling for high-volume metal component production. The mold is constructed from die steel grades chosen for their capacity to endure repeated thermal and mechanical loading.
Cavities and cores are machined to match the customer's part geometry, with filling systems arranged to support stable metal entry. Temperature control passages are positioned according to the part's section thickness, while the stripping mechanism is laid out to avoid interference with critical dimensions.
